Okay, now that I've finally got around to reading what's actually on the site, I'm pretty sure it's a joke.

Kung Fu, or as the Chinese describes it “The Forbidden Art”, is still being taught in Leicester. The style was brought to Leicester by the late Grand Master Bob Johnson (7th Dan). Kung Fu is described as the most vicious form of free fighting “where any thing goes”. Descriptions of various moves are as blood-curdling as the activities of the villain in any horror film One example is the “ripping skull” which is the subtle art of reducing a man’s skull to pulp.

Of course, if it isn't, then I have a new favorite site.
