Wang Xang Zhai's article on Zhang Zhuan - Can you translate?

This is a weird request, but I figured a few of Bullshido.com members can read and understand Chinese.

I have an article that is in Chinese. It's supposedly an article written by WXZ about zhang zhuan/meditation and its role in martial arts.

The article is about 6 pages long with each page being 1/2 the size of a normal 8.5 x 11. I would appreciate it if someone here has the time to translate the article into English.

That would be a great idea. I just started to read about Wang Xang Zhai and I find him very interesting. You might want to PM someone like Omar (who I think knows Chinese).

I'm sorry I didn't get to this earlier. I downloaded the scans and meant to translate them and put them up but I just got too busy with other stuff and forgot about them. I'll make an honest effort to get them up this week.

I found some basic Zhan Zuang to be great for relieving muscel pains after real work outs. Other than that I don't know shit about it. Could someone post their transilation once they sort through the article?
