I haven't got a chance to go down to his school, probably will do so one of these days, so I can put a report up for here.

Well. they acknowledge that Hapkido is from 1943 and TKD is from 1955.

That's a good thing. :)

ohh the story is Yoon is an old scholl teacher. Men dont have long hair, women are not important, and the only way to teach a lesson is to pound it into your flesh.

i broke rule #1 so he broke me

This 1 is pure BS. He makes various untrue claims. First of all he claims he has trained under GM sunny tan and GM sunny tan ( Flying Eagle Bong Hapkido) has told me personally that the person who set up intercepting hapkido was only a blue belt and had only trained under him for a short time. of 5weeks. He also makes various untrue claims. Pls refer to hapkidoinfo.net for more information. Will post more regarding this issue in due time. Oh did I mention that he charges $400SGD roughly $200USD for a 1week intensive conversion course from a aikido black belt or a taekwondo black belt to a Hapkido 1st dan.

The link is hapkido-info.net, u left out the "-." Checked out the site but didn't see any info on Anthony Low. Where exactly is the info that you're referring to?

Unfortunately, I've attended one of his seminars before and I wasn't impressed at all. However, I don't think his Hapkido is BS. My instructor knows him from when they were learning Hapkido. I'm not sure about the Sunny Tan bit but I don't see him claiming to be a disciple of Sunny Tan on his own website. As for the money bit, the way he runs his business might be BS but any BS that he teaches is probably inherent in the Hapkido. Maybe it's the JKD concepts bit too but i think he tries to sound like Bruce Lee too much.
