Check out the videos. Looks terrible to me.

...and the knife defense? Wow. Just check out the thrusting knife defense.

Also, these throws wouldn't work on a 9-year-old child.

Monthly Instruction

$95 per month for beginning and advanced classes (four classes per week or sixteen classes per month)

A three month minimum commitment to monthly instruction is required.

Wow, what a bargain.

Unlike external martial arts, internal martial arts generate power by using the whole body as force, as opposed to muscle contractions.

Wasn't someone going on about this just the other day?

Also, this guy is 5'11" and 125lbs. Maybe he waits for a gust of wind to blow him at his opponent.

Hey, hey, hey. Check out the Testimonials!

"The AFA teaches the most effective self-defense system I have seen. Even after a few classes I felt capable of defending myself in high-threat situations. Now that I've trained with the AFA for over a year, my skills and knowledge of self-defense have increased tremendously along with my self-confidence and overall physical fitness. The AFA system shows you what really happens in fighting situations and how to correctly use the martial arts and combat techniques to defend yourself or your family."

"The AFA classes helped me to see that even as a woman at my size - 5'3'', I don't have to feel helpless against an attacker. I've been to other self defense courses but those courses never prepared me to fight back. The AFA classes focus on what I can do to fight back if I have to. The techniques really work and I couldn't believe it."

Why do you keep talking shit when you obviously don't know anything?

Talk to me on AIM, then you'll realize how cool I can be.

Ignore IM trolls, Alex. It was probably someone who saw the video of you fighting and decided to poke fun at you. It's not really worth posting these details on your website because it's not really threatening, dramatic, or interesting.

He didn't see the video. The kid is some hotshot druggy that goes to my school that takes pleasure in fighting and generally kicking ass, I suppose. He lives fairly close to me. Although he never came, it's always best to be cautious.

Also, I love making a fool of people that can't debate worth a damn.

I'd bet he saw it. Also, how do you know it was even him seeing as you don't seem to familiar with him.

He didn't. My friend accidently told him something, and apparently that pissed him off. That's why he started making threats to me.

Also, I wasn't nearly as blatant as he was.

But that's over. He'll probably start talking some BS to me at school for two weeks, but that's about it.
