Well, they sure do charge a hell of a lot (150/month for 5.5 hrs/week) for not a whole lot of class time. Besides its being a damn pretty site I can't say much else. The jiu jitsu people can say whether the demo's (I wouldn't know, so didn't look) are correct and if they ever heard of the guy.
Some of the mf'ers are pretty damn ripped and I don't think I'd want to fuck with them.
Nice site, can't say much else.

Go to the "boot camp" link. I am in the wrong damn line of work.

In my next life I want to train out of shape yuppies and soccer moms. Drop and give me twenty! Why do out of shape people need some fancy sales package to realize they need to get off the damn couch.

Proof once again that all you need in life is a gimmick.
