I was wondering what you(anybody)can tell me about them.
There is a branch of this school about half a mile or so from me and i was wondering if it was a mcdojo or if it was any good.
The reason is I'm going to be looking for a new school soon and they are the closest well next closest, school to me. The closest is the one I'm currently attending.
breathing is the center, if your breathing is wrong then your body wil be messed up.

What, we are psychic? Go check it out yourself.
Peedee and kungfools will NEVER face those they charge.

Well, I've been to a few Tracy's schools. Any school that buys its name really doesn't have a deep base man. I've never been to a racy's school that was anything less than horrible. The guy near you could be the greatest instructor in the world, who knows.

I have been to their web site kungfu, and that doesn't say much, i was asking if any one had had experiance, with them which aparenly Peedee has,
I plan on visiting the school soon.

I'm going to have to vote with "McDojo" on this, since everyone knows that girls can't do karate.

I've been to their site alot, those guys are a bit on the crazy side if you ask me. They post stuff and pull it after they get into trouble or once people call them on their stories about parker. They think the world of Parker and then bad mouth him. Very strange indeed.

Boyd, I hope to God you were kidding on your post.
JSG, Tracy's, I believe, is from the Parker system. The original school was supposed to be very good, however, like PD said, it is very easy to buy a name. I would recommend trying the class or watching the class and see how you like it.

the school i checked out was $100 a month, all private lessons. i couldn't get a freebie, so i paid $20 for four intro lessons. the stuff the taught was ok, the more advanced stuff he showed me was unrealistic.

They suck. I met one dude in the military who was a product of one of their schools in St. Louis. I schooled him on the ground BEFORE I had any actual grappling training. It was even worse on my feet. I trained with him regularly and we both started Shooto at the same school. He was adamant about using the same shit he learned in Tracy's Kempo for standup and got spanked by the Japanese on a regular basis.
He told me about some of the different drills and showed some of the techniques they did and they are just like any other Mcdojo.
If you want to learn to play tag, then go for it; if you want to learn a martial art, go elsewhere.
