The 'hand wiggling' part looked like the beginning of the third form of Biu Tze. Then she did a mix of moves from the dummy form, and Biu Tze, as far as I can tell.

Well i think the girl is nice to look at :)

Its a nike advert so choreographed fighting is expected!!!-it looks good to ppl who havent had exposure to martial arts(general population)

As for the Christa Wagner she is a 2nd TG and from what I have heard she can fight-she probably can beat the crap out of most of us!!!!

I'll put this in practical terms, you'll never knock out a guy such as Bullshido's Asia with wing chun crap because for those of us that are adults, have to deal with reality.
