Those bits of Holy Ugly Awesome @ 2:10 and 2:20 were simply mind blowing in that the throw was not one of the happy accident or opportunistic variety.
What is that throw called ? I am not recognizing it or at least in that highly energetic incarnation. Not that Judo was ever a strong point of mine.

What is quite unique about Parisi's Judo is that it is almost all done with a double lapel girp and it is done almost completely ambidextrously.
In the video Parisi threw with Harai Goshi, Tai Otoshi, Tsurikomi goshi and Seoi nage all from the same grip.
What I imagine you're trying to pick apart are his Tai Otoshi and his Seoi nage with split legs. This will be very difficult if not impossible for you to replicate or get anywhere near. Next practice take a double lapel grip and then try and throw a cooperative partner with Tai otoshi whilst holding it. You'll find it quite difficult, because of the lack of sleeve control your timing has to be even more exact and your kuzushi even more precise than a normal Tai otoshi.
There's not really much to 'pick apart', well there is, but... What is really going on is that Parisi is just really really good at Judo.
Anyway more beautiful Judo:
