    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    Another Win for J-Lau!!

J-Lau entered the Dragon Lair Grappling Challenge III today.

    http://www.teamramos.com/tournament.htm

He won the 8 Man Absolute Division.

He had 3 matches, and he was the smallest competitor of the 8.

1st Match - I did not catch the name of his first opponent, but he looked like he outweighed Joe by close to 100 pounds. Joe submitted him with a triangle.

2nd Match - Joe fought Kipp Kollar in his second match. He beat Kipp with an ankle lock. No easy feat - but he made it look easy.

3rd Match - Joe fought Dan Simmler in the final match (Dan won the 8 man absolute division last year). They went the distance while Joe attacked Dans legs/ankles just about the entire time. Joe won by points.

    Awesome job Joe!!

One should add that Dan Simmler is one of the top submission grappling competitors in the US.
And, of course, that Joe also won his advanced division... congrats again!

First match was against Dana from Mat Santos'. He weight about 240, to my 150. I got him with a triangle.

I beat Kipp Kollar with a flying heel hook.

I beat Dan Simmler 2-1 or 3-1 on points in the finals. Dan is an amazing grappler, number 1 ranked NAGA grappler every year, and is just incredible.

    Thanx

    Nice!

But how does a flying heel hook work?
