1 month before the Tournament

I only do Full contact competetivly, but a few months before a tournament I like to do "rounds" (whatever the fight rounds are, usually 2 or 3 minutes) of push-ups as hard and as fast as I can. I alternate rounds of push-ups and squat kicks. No sparring at all for two weeks before, only jogging and teaching. Sitting around on my ass for the last three days.

i dont know how the tournament is formatted: is it by skill level, or weight category?

next two weeks might be a good time to work your favourite combos/setups...........

yeah, but i am realizing 2 weeks isnt' enogh time to get me into good enoguh shape to comepte, so i'm gonna pass ths oen up. Plus, i don't really have the money to spare
