Mark "The Hyena" Beecher seminar at World Gym Rochester, Sept. 25

Who- Mark Beecher, best known as the muay thai coach who helped Forrest Griffin leg kick his way to the LHW title against Rampage, as well as a credit as the standup coach for Team Griffin on TUF 7.

What- Two sessions. The first will be 10AM-12PM, for straight muay thai. The second will be 2PM-4PM, and will focus more on muay thai for MMA.

Where- World Gym, 1717 East Ave. Rochester, NY

When- September 25th

How Much- 50 dollars for either session separately, 75 for both.
