I caught the one where the guy ran back-to-back marathons for a few days or whatever. They're really stretching the limits of believability, even for an audience that undoubtedly believes anyone in a lab coat is a credible scientist.

This show just seems a repackaging of Ripley's Believe It or Not, which was a combination of mind blowing oddities and hokey unbelievable yet somehow documentable stuff..

Not to mention the later show hosted by Dean Cain, who also played the actual Superman....hmmm...I definitely smell derivative here.

Too bad Jack Kirby is dead, we could get him and Stan Lee into a ring and let them fight it out, since Kirby was screwed out of a ****-ton of money

I checked the forum they had on this show on the History Channel website. I wanted to see if it was as bad as the notorious Human Weapon forum. I'm actually somewhat impressed that there's at least some skepticism over there:

    Good post.

I went over there and under the thread heading "WE ARE NOT SUPER STUPID"
Someone, who is probably on this forum.......posted:
    Very well put.

    Regarding Monk guy...

Lets see what numbers Chuck Liddell or Bas can generate "several inches away"

I would be a true believer if he could demonstrate the "Yin Technique" on a corpse or something..
