So, I bought myself an ab wheel some time ago, but never really got into using it.

Of course, the suggestions for its use go all over youtube.

I would like to ask which ones are the good ones/if you good bullies can tell me how I to use it best.:notworthy

WTF? It's not that complicated, really. Christ almighty what did people do before they could ask for advice on the internet? Is there anything else you need help with brother? A pesky lemon zester? A mysterious melon ball scooper? Have you figured out how to use the soft soap dispenser yet? Damn.






From standing or on your knees grab the handles roll out to near prone roll back. Repeat as many times as needed before you figure out there must be a better way to train you abs.

Mwahahahaha... I had to google lemon zester, suffice to say.

To specify, my problem is that I have used the ab wheel quite extensively during the last few weeks.
However, the only muscles I seem to stress are my shoulders and my arms, while from all I get, the ab wheel should train your lower back more than anything else.

I don't things anyway differently than this dude here, yet I am not feeling like my lower back or my abs are trained.

Try to keep your back reasonably straight "a neutral pelvis" as they say. If you let your back round you can f*** up your back when you roll out.
