I have no idea, honestly, because this was a question I never had to ask myself. (Before I started lifting seriously in 2007, I weighed an average of 63 kg/139 lbs.)
Will I have to quit beer for good if I want to stay in shape-shape?

My primary goal is to lose excess body fat as a side efffect of working on my cardio, but I really can't diet properly right now.
(Living at my parents' house for a few months. Is rawking cool; dishes clean themselves, dirty laundry washes and irons itself, there is always something in the fridge... And so on. Not the best time to diet, but certainly the best time to replay all those games on your old Super Nintendo.)

i'm aiming to lose 1.5 lbs every week for 13 weeks to bring me down to 203lbs (14 and half stone)
I've signed up to stickk.com register my progress so i can't cheat and i've also asked my instructor to make my wieght loss a prequesist for my next grading.
