    Hell yeah! Hell no!
I may need to drop out of the fat-ass race, because I might be getting kicked out of my gym.

2 things I did today, that will live on forever as two most embarassing moments of my gym life, worse than the time I split my pants doing deadlifts.

    1. I finally did it. I puked. After the routine I described earlier, I moved my leg presses to the end, and upped the weight to 440, but decreased down to 2 sets. One of the trainers came over probably trying to start up a conversation and see if he can get himself a new client, and just as I stood up to shake his hand, POW, projectile vomit all over his leg.

    2. About 15 minute cool-down (and unhappy look) later, I'm on a bicycle machine, and an amazing looking girl (probably in VERY early 20s) gets on a treadmill in front of me. Next thing I know, I have a major hard on. I don't think much of it and keep peddaling, until I notice that the elderly woman and the trainer working with her one bike over, are staring at me and smirking.

    Worst day EVER.

Stupid primates don't know how to act :(

I've pretty much given up on figuring out how much I weigh. I've been eating a pretty regular diet but my weight still keeps bouncing between 83,5 and 87,7. Today I weighed 84,4, but I did two bjj classes in a row (and paying for it now..).

Oh well, as long as weight is going down in the long run I'm satisfied.

    (LMAO.)

Good monkey, you're doing something wrong! Why punish yourself so hard?

Like one of my favorite teachers once said, making a mistake is not an error. Repeating a mistake is what makes it one.

(Yeah, I am taking my life's wisdom from the Rebel Assault video games,
    like all of you, right?)

Bottom line, if you vomit, you are doing something wrong.
If harden up, you're doing something wrong.

    1. Reduce your overall stress level. Play a video game.
    2. Start to implement cold conditioning in your daily routines. Squats and pushups in the office. Or, bring an ab wheel to the job.

Work out one time less than you do right now,
    and instead implement those changes.

    No use in killing yourself.

Finally finished my cut, 76.5kg (full of carbs) to current 68kg (no carbs). I've no idea how much was fat loss or even how much body mass i actually lost. Starting creatine mid-cut potentially added a few kilos of water weight. Dropping another 2kg in sweat over the next day for my fight, will post up some photos or a dvd in a month or so.

I don't like being this thin, bring on the weight gain competition thread.

Holy **** Sang. Great job man.

I'm around 83-84, medium carbs. Could probably go for 81-82 if I fixed them out of my diet, but I have no reason to do it. Weight is still dropping ever so slowly. It's a pain in the ass, but then again I'm never hungry.

I'm plesantly surprised to see that now I'm cycling between 225 and 230 instead of 232-235.
