Anyhoo- congratulations to Greg. I think he's our official winner on this thread to date. I am still at 192ish, so lost a total of 6lbs, although my diet was not helped by my wife spending two weeks away, which meant fending for myself in the mean streets of Park Slope, Brooklyn, where there is every type of delicious cuisine ready and waiting within 10 feet of my apartment.

So let's keep it up - it's now the general ongoing weightloss motivation thread.
My wife being away has actually helped my diet, because I can just eat the same thing everyday and don't have to worry about if she's getting sick of it. I've just been browning hamburger and eating chicken salads, haha.

May I suggest that we all agree do commitment contracts, then, as I said before?

Everyone of us has to give 20 $ to a person, instutition, whatever, that he ABSOLUTELY DOESN'T LIKE. Or, in the anarchist spirit of Bullshido, you fail, and the community decides on what to do with the money.:toothy5:

Also, what about opening a second thread, to regain some of the lost mojo?

Really, I'm intrinsically motivated. I was more interested in this thread because I'm hoping it could become geared toward methods than a testament to cheating on a weight loss routine.

Fair enough, but let's face it, of about ten who began the thread, two have obtained results. A moderate amount of extrinsic motivation and extern control might help to push people at least a bit.

What Emevas said. If this thread didn't exist I'd still be doing the same thing. I was hoping everyone else would put up their programs and results so i could steal some ideas.

Weigh in this morning fully hydrated: 71.1kg, starting weight: 74kg. Goal: 70kg in 2 weeks.

I will be trying for weight gain within the next few weeks. Maybe I'll start my own thread, haha.

83.7kg this morning. Back in form after a week of bloat.

I'd be up for this but if i win this title i have to defend it at the same weight :(. Joined a bodybuilding gym today and got the some really confused looks when i told them i was actually trying to lose weight. I want some more muscle.
