What's helped me to (slowly) lose a little blubber has been biking. My idiot son and idiot wife were told by every grown up in their little world that when she was preggo it was NOT the time to get a puppy. So now, a year after they were evicted for having a dog, guess who takes it upon himself to get idiot dog some exercise? Town and Mt biking. We are close to the mt trails, not that I'm strong enough to get far (all uphill from my house).

Fix your nutrition you fat bastards. If you don't know where you are going wrong start a diet log and share with the rest of us.

Thirded.
Even though I am probably the one who had the least cause to think about cutting weight, and the most important unrelated issues to focus on, I take this experience as a red flag concerning my training.
I've made my trainer the promise that I would return to MT less bulky and more slender in December, and I still intend to keep that promise. So, I'd like to extend the competition until December.
Also, we should do an "If I fail" bet.
For example, here's my option:
"If I fail to cut 4 kg STABLE until December 2nd, I will pay Monkfg's supporting (grey) membership for one year."
Or,
"If I fail, I will order a customized patch for jnp's gi, saying 'Rafe is my bitch'."
I would encourage everyone else to vow spending 20 $ on an issue that they dislike, like giving 20 $ to a political party that opposes your views, and so on.
Would this be an acceptable idea for everyone? -

Here is my slightly improved meal plan that I've been following for the last week or two, some of you might find it useful. Serving sizes are relatively small.
Breakfast: lean meat (ham or chicken usually), olive oil, mixed vegetables (usually red capsicum and spinach), banana. Multi v.
Work quick meal: 20 mixed nuts, 1 scoop 100% protein whey.
Lunch: Same as breakfast with different protein/fruit and 6 pills of fish oil.
Post workout dinner: 50% larger than lunch meal, Thai food without carbs or omega 3 egg omelet with meat in it. High saturated fat meal. 1 teaspoon of creatine.
Pre-bed snack: 100 calories of cottage cheese, 6 pills of fish oil."Boxing is the art of hitting an opponent from the furthest distance away, exposing the least amount of your body while getting into position to punch with maximum leverage and not getting hit."
