Stomch flu came back, and I injured the capsules of my right wrist.
So, I guess this will be running and cardio week, because lifting is definitely out.
71,5 kg. Hehe, no movement, but also, shitty training. Will try the same **** for real now, next goal for me: Dec 1st.

Holy fucking ****. Weekend failure of epic porpotions. 87.7kg this morning. This is the ultimate wet weight :PCuriosity killed the cat. But damn it had a blast.

Complexes are metabolic flame throwers -- they burn fat right off of you and are better cardio than "cardio." But they require some mental toughness. If you do them right, you're pretty much praying for death.
Of course I'm a ***** who neither gained nor lost weight this week.
