    Stomch flu came back, and I injured the capsules of my right wrist.

    So, I guess this will be running and cardio week, because lifting is definitely out.

    71,5 kg. Hehe, no movement, but also, shitty training. Will try the same **** for real now, next goal for me: Dec 1st.

    Ah, been a little careful (had the munchies late at night, so drank a glass of water!), but still eating well (too well) and lost another pound. Now me and the wife are heading to CO for a week vacation and road trips are a danger.

    "Toning crap" is high on the worthless scale. Maybe try something like this:

    Complexes are metabolic flame throwers -- they burn fat right off of you and are better cardio than "cardio." But they require some mental toughness. If you do them right, you're pretty much praying for death.

    Of course I'm a ***** who neither gained nor lost weight this week.
