Went for a run for the first time in over a month, got back to Stronglifts, I'm feeling good. Pics and weigh-in on Monday.I do not aspire to be great, or even good, I hope to suck a little less then last class.

I woke up today at 71.1. Much faster than i intended so hopefully its hydration.

I guess it does pay off to go drinking every now and then, Woke up at 83.8 this morning which is close to 4kg off from a couple weeks ago.
Now don't go shattering my illusions with reality.Curiosity killed the cat. But damn it had a blast.

So, I was down with stomach flu for the better part of the week,
but still gained weight.

Entering the final week, and my weight's still going down, although I feel as if I've done nothing but cheat. I guess my nervy and neurotic new New York lifestyle is basically eating me up like a parasitic worm:
I actually feel just about ready to do this seriously. Anyone fancy extending the competiton for another few weeks?
