OK, gosh, 254 lbs, 115.2 (used http://www.metric-conversions.org/we...-kilograms.htm) and a hair under 6'2" = body mass index of 32.6, which is probably pretty accurate for me as I've hardly lifted or worked much construction lately. And with ef-word kidney anti-biotics I not supposed to exercise hard as it can cause "tendon ripping" or some such happy prognastication.
115.2 kg looks SO much better than 254 lb!
I weighted at neighbors stand up and can picture it later, maybe, if I'm not too embarrassed about gaining twenty pounds in six weeks.
Just for the hell of it, here's the intake so far:
Two T 2% milk 5 (Calories)
two C Special K 240
One C soy milk 100
One half peach 30
so 375 calories, one more C coffee will bring it to 380, with about 20 g protein.
Oh well, last night was, hopefully, the last oink out feast. Had the grandchild over (with his worthless parents) and I grilled portabellas, fake meat chorizo (mex sausage, one of the better fake meat dishes - good in fajitas w/lots of peppers etc), zucchini, and salmon (fresh sockey is in from Alaska!) and the wps (worthless parents) made pasta salad and spicy sashimi type salmon (thin sliced with herbs and soy with very hot olive + sesame oil poured over, and 'Mojito Plus Gin and Tonic' (fresh mint with g + ts) chocolate chip and ginger cookies...

Just weighed myself and measured. 206lbs 5'10" ~18% Body fat.

no scale at the moment, but last i checked i was about 148 lbs.
5'4", ~148 lbs.
It's not so much that I wanna lose weight, but I'd really like to get in shape and lose the pudge. I'm a little nervous because school is starting up this week, which means less time to cook and more eating out, which I fear will counteract whatever increased training I do. Anyone have some recipes for mobile food? I eat a lot too, so volume is a factor.

Height as of this morning: 6'3"
Eventual goal weight: 220lbs.
Goal weight is 6 weeks: 265lbs
