    Its an effect of correct training nothing more once you get it you understand how to use ground strength when striking. so instead of hitting someone with just 10 percent of your power. you hit them with all of your weight. and this is a gage of knowing when you've done it right. Once this is acheived then you spar and do your best in trying to land it. Once you understand the stepping method you need to land it correctly then you can fight with it. Just like breaking. If you know how to use the power of breaking then you have to p[ractice getting that type of power movement to land on an opponent Thats all fam its just another tool to help you get there you don't attack the person with the air thats ridiculous and I shouldn't have had to say it.

    Loved your quote fam. I hope you train this skill each technique has a yang side to it as well as a yn side to it for martial application are you telling me you can't find a beneficial way of using this skill in combat? I honestly believe you can.
