    SCRAPPER's stuff is great. Took me almost a month to get to the point where I could actually do the prescribed number of reps. After that, I had Workout #2 that kept me busy for another few months. #3? We won't talk about that one right now. I get to do all my BWE and HIIT at work and SCRAPPER's stuff has really helped. Well worth it until I can buy the Lucky 13 tape to see what Tony C. has to offer.

    *Forgot to add, the hardest part for me was finding a suitable place to do chins. Other than that, I think all you need is a chair or something else that can bear your weight for the dips.

    I forgot to add "Death by Deck of Cards" Pick four exercises for the four suits and start flipping the cards and doing that amount (Face cards=10 I use Aces as 11, some people choose 1) for the specified exercise. Leave the Jokers in for some wind sprints. Works for me, and a deck of cards is always handy!

    *It'll come out to about 90-100 reps per exercise. Loads of fun!

    If you have to do 420 per day, I would suggest getting a weight bench and a shitload of weight. You shouldn't have to do that much to fatigue yourself.
