    The one good Matt Furey product I got was his Combat Conditioning book. I would say pushups (and/or hindu pushups), reverse pushups, handstand pushups, V-ups, side crunches, hindu squats, and back bridge. Those will hit your whole body, and can really make a difference.

    what do you all think of this method for push-ups?

    you pick a day out of the week. you do 10 sets of push ups at 80- 85% of your max every hour for 10 hours straight. so...say you can do 50...you do 40-45 every hour for 10 hours. I did this method for about 2 months, until i got a shoulder injury and had to stop..i increased from 40 to 57 max. which was pretty good i guess.
    Put your hand on a hot stove for a minute, and it seems like an hour. Sit with a pretty girl for an hour, and it seems like a minute. That's relativity.

    i have been doing push ups with one hand on a medicine ball, at the top you jump and switch hands, you need to have your feet apart or you will fall over

    randy does these in the prefight scenes from the tito fight
