KageReaper,

I was thinking of that, though I still have this fear that I will kill my chairs from when I weighed 270.

I'll try it! thanks!

Chinups.

Hindu Squats

Hanging Leg Raises

Handstand Pushups

You can do a "backwards dip" on almost anything...Extend legs with arms behind you on something like a chair or table. Like a half dip...better than nothing. Got that from my ninja book.

sets of pushups like this
max no...like say 50
50sec count till you do 40
then 40 secs etc all the way down
works pretty good
you can even limit your rest to like 20 secs if its too easy

and try doing your last 10 hindu pushups like this
you swing down and hold like in a down pushup
and do an isometric press
i.e. pressing up as hard as you can and keeping yourself from moving at the same time
and make a deep haaa type exhale that will tighten your abs
its pretty sweet

oh and try jumper squats with the hindu squats
like a set of 100 straight squats
then 50 by going 1,2,3 jumpsquat,4,5,6...
then like 25 straight jumpers.
or just sets of jumpers
they're pretty hardcore

All I do is bodyweight exercises...I look like a Men's Mag Model too. Except for my big head.

Don't forget rigorous butt clenching throughout the day.

oh yeah for abs...these are good..
I call them chinese sit-ups cause I learned from
my chinese wrestling teacher

basiclly you reverse your standard sit-up
so your sitting not lying back but like you just did a sit up.
You inhale as deep into your gut as possible ...hold your breath
and recline in five stop motions
like a bridge going down by like 3 inches
you breathe out sharp like your taking a shot to the body every time
and never let your back touch the floor (but come as close as possible)
when your done with 5 you inhale and sit back up
and you repeat 5 reclining straight back 5 turned (upperbody facing) to the left and recling 5 to the right. even switch it up going right center left in one set so you work all your muscles
do three sets and you'll be a champ
one rep equals fifteen breaths
one set is fifteen reps (just for clarity)
