By observation I know the Unicorn is invisible. By faith I know she is pink.

Clarehoare, I shall try not to take umbrage at your definition of Vermont being a "hippy hotbed". In the seventies, the whole country was in flux and questioning the status quo as well as authority figures. That climate did allow for opportunists to take advantage of the social turmoil and put forth their sometimes wacky ideas and proclaim themselves as having "the answer". Cults abounded, predicated on every imaginable basis, and as you know, Jim Jones and the Hare Krishnas were in the press a lot. In a way, I miss those days of tie dyed shirts and wacky tobaccey and free love and all that, but Vermont and Vermonters have moved on. Perhaps because of he "great unwashed" this state has been in the forefront of social change and independent thought. Not only have we been voted the best place to live several years in a row, we have the lowest unemployment rate and the cleanest air. So next time you sip a cup of Green Mountain Coffee Roasters coffee, think kindly of us here in the north country, and enjoy that wonderful maple syrup on your pancakes also.

First, I included the Bay area in that statement... Also I was speaking to the 90's and their time in the bay area, when most current COL members joined... wasn't attacking vermont, just trying to put it in perspective to the passive reader...

Also I thought the 70's portion was a given as the 90's were the leftovers.

"When I posted this thread in 2005, and a prior one in 2004, there was only one negative post towards kim I could find on the internet. It was on usenet and from 1992. So since 2005, there has been a much larger wealth of info to learn from."

Clarehoare, you did a good thing by posting this thread. The constant feedback has made this site the never ending Inside Edition.

A quick internet search found this tidbit:

47300 Kato LLC (Scott Salton agent for service) was formed on July 1, 2011 & purchased a 58,424 square foot building at 47300 Kato Road, Fremont, California for $4,381,800 on August 25, 2011 which is now the headquarters for Lighthouse Worldwide Solutions. I wonder how many COL & employees live at that address and if that's where Jung SuWon is moving?

I don't know who you are JustSayNo, but I noticed that purchase also. It was for under 4 million however, and was stated as being the quickest property transfer recorded in the area, aided and abetted by a Small Business Assiciation loan. With that amount of space, Kimmie could conceiveably squeeze all her minions into living there. albeit not legitametely, as it is commercial, not residential property.
This just gets weirder and weirder, as I also note the tie in via Jung Suwon and all those events they hold with the Imperial Order of Constantine and St Helen, and this Schmickrath person is not the legitimate heir to the titles he claims. ...Water seeks its own level.....

If you really give a rat's ass about this transaction, go to www.ctbt.com. There it is spelled out under the press release of 10/4/11 - the purchase price was 3.825 million.

It never ceases to amaze me how much info the internet provides

Clarehoare did a wonderful service to people by starting this thread. It has helped many people heal, and has helped keep lots of people from being blindsided. Thank You Clarehoare. You are a brave young man.

Here's another factoid I pulled off the internet.....
An entity known as " Media for Cultural Awareness" with SHS and MBF as the principals, located in Redwood City, CA.
    Wonder what that's all about.

Wow, 47300 Kato is immediately adjacent to the ill fated Solyndra corp. Interesting. I doubt anyone lives there, its a heavy industrial area... And they got a STEAL on that building IMO.
