hey riduan. I personally love these questions.
My native american experience is a long story but to make it short: my friend Scarecrow (just a nickname not an indian name) taught me some, and from there i traveled to different reservations and trained with them.
Our concepts are backbone to our system, i havent found a system that they dont actually work with, but I know you want an example: one concept is to control momentum, so you think less in technique and more in controlling the momentum of the fight.
The striking concept allows your strikes to flow more smothely and have more power, as well as being able to hit multiple times with a single strike.
If you want more information on any of these let me know. -

If you don`t mind, please share two short videos about control momentum and striking, the way described above, with me. I think I understand, intelectually at least, what control momentum is, but not the striking part.
On the lore subject, I`m very interested about the native combat. More so, about the experience with the locals. How did you approach them ? They accepted to teach simply because of your desire to learn or had to present some introduction papers, like in koryu, certifing a good character and life? Do they have problems with outsiders trying to learn, by outsiders I mean no-native?
How was the training? -

I have my own revolutionary concept.. spend less time theorizing and more time hitting people.
"The hero and the coward both feel the same thing, but the hero projects his fear onto his opponent while the coward runs. 'Fear'. It's the same thing, but it's what you do with it that matters". - Cus D'Amato

This is Newbietown so I have to play nice...or the vengeance of The Omega will descent upon me.
Some questions to start with:
What is the covent research team?
Who is funding it?
Who are in it?
What are their qualifications?
And why is a 19 year old head of it?
