I was just doing lunges and suddening a massive pain shot though my groin and balls. :(
Damn it! Its the second time this has happen and it screws my weight training royally. Is it my technique? :(

Might be, how are you doing you lunges? Do you you take really long strides? You might try shortening your strides if you are. The cause may also be a small penis.

I've had a nagging groin pull for about 3 months now it's finally starting to feel better! yuck :P
