Come on, this is Bullshido... unless it's about crappy martial artists, or semi-naked chicks, people aren't going to read anything over 3 lines.

Anyway, about supps... I take Creatine, Ghetto NO2 (L-Arginine, 500% cheaper than NO2), and Glutamine.
I mostly use the Glutamine to combat overtraining (heh when I actually get around to training) and help recovery. The Creatine, I actually use BEFORE a workout/rolling because it increases my muscle endurance, based on my obserevations.
And the Arginine because I'm vain and want to puff out my muscles a bit.
To summarize a dozen threads in a nutshell (and to repeat what others have already said here), food is the #1 suppliment, after Water.
It should look like this:
Water
5 small meals through the day
Suppliments if needed. -
