Nuttritional supplements

I take wheatgrass juice and lots of fresh vege/fruit juices most days, sometimes HGH (somatropin ) DHEA, and take whatever else I can get to eat (vitamin b, c , e grapeseed extract ) when I can afford it

what do other people here do actively regarding suppletments?

Your sig is hella long. Sort of takes away from your posts.

If you eat right you and exercise moderately you don't really need supplements. But for the hardcore crew some supplementation may be needed. But there is more junk out there than good stuff.

Most people would be better off ensuring they get enough water, quality food, and a good vitamin and mineral supplement than ever worrying about other supplements that give you cromagnon brow and a huge jaw.
