What do you think is the best body balance?

I think it depends on your perspective of what a balanced body is. That balance is going to come down to what it is your doing. If you wish to be a big wall of ass kicking meat then Emevas has got the win and there are definitely pleanty of ladies out there that appreciate that look. If your looking for the "all around athletic look" I'd throw my hat in with someone like Erwan Le Corre. Balance is a fairly subjective thing on this type of subject.

Gotta agree with Emevas.... those strongman guys have it all: strength, conditioning & won't have a problem with the ladies.

Need help moving a couch? Want to go on a strenuous hike? No problem either way with those guys. You can't say the same of a powerlifter. Those 21" arms must be like a peacock's plumage at the bars--mother nature's bling.

But LoL at a cop who shoots ungodly amounts of T, HGH & insulin.
