    It's clearly an ankle lock/calf crusher thing going on. No way is that a bsplit.

    In theory you can apply the same principles of a straight ankle lock from the lockdown position: isolate the ankle and restrict movement (the leg that is on the Achilles tendon) then hyperextend the foot past it's normal range of motion (using pressure from your other leg on the top of the foot.

    That being said, it is extremely difficult to get the exact leverage needed or maintain proper control of the limb using only your feet. This move will more than likely turn into a calf cruncher and/or cause general discomfort rather then be an ankle lock. It should be said that if your opponent is wearing wrestling shoes you will have a better chance of getting this to work.
