    I'll never understand that concept. The last thing you wanna do is make it look even SMALLER by comparison. If anything, you should try to atrophy as much as possible.

    So, to tie this back to the original thread, Rafe, you probably want to start getting smaller.

    Thanks, everyone! So, if Emevas says strongman training, then strongman training. Always wanted to bench press cars, and stuff.

    Basically, the idea behind the training was really just to compensate for my lack of strength compared to other people I trained with. While I was in Spain, I got into MT again, and my coach basically told me that I needed no technical training any more, just strength.

    Next goals are really just keeping and intensifying that strength, and maybe later this year or early next, the BJJ blue belt.

    Strongman training isn't going to let you bench press cars, I'm talking more their conditioning stuff. Sled drags, keg carries, tire flips, etc.

    But don't take my randomly thrown together words as guidance for your life goals.

    Hehe, sure. Actually, I went a bit into it already via the Pavel book you recommended me a few years ago, and through some pal who is already into powerlifting.

    Before anything else, I think I am going to try Pawel's kettlebell challenge next. Even if I lose mass on it, it's something I have wanted to for like, ever.

    It is kind of funny. I was suffering from the same kind of problems around november last year and I have gain around 28 pounds since then.. not all muscles ofc.. still working on that part.
