    The WIN thread.

    Since his struggle with tragedy, UltraFAIL, and depression (November last year), this little Pilgrim has gained almost 14 pounds of AWESOME.

    Didn't really check it, didn't go on a scale for a long time.

    Parents say I look like an action figure.

    YAY!!!

    Now, build up more or do more cardio,to, errh, impress girlfriend prospect?

    I am around 5'7'' and weigh around 150 pds.

    More cardio. So you can metabolize the muscle you've gained.

    Depends on what you want. Do you want to build up more? Or do you want to build your cardio?

    Personally, I'd go for cardio. To, you know, diversify myself.
    But hey, the chicks, they love the muscles.

    If it's females you seek to impress, they also like stamina, in addition to muscles. Another argument for cardio.

    I was obviously kidding about the metabolization. It won't necessarily happen unless you stop lifting and train for a marathon, depending on your age and genetics.
