I can't believe I'm going to jump in the middle of this...okay nerds (yes that would include me)
    Batman: 700 lbs
    Capt America: 800lbs
    Spider Man: 10 tons
Wonder Woman and Captain Marvel (same strength as Hercules: Class 100 tons
Superman: 100 tons plus he has tactile telekenesis, which means he can support more weight. This is why he could lift half a mountain without it falling apart...

Now if anybody has a problem on why I know these as fact I'm going to beat the crap out of you....

    >and according to my marvel universe, capt. could press approx 10 tons, and that is superstrength in my book.

Your GEEK powers are not at strong poorboy!!!

This only applies to Capt America V who later became US Agent. He was given superstrength from the PowerBroker.

Steve Rogers (orginal and still current) became superhuman twice temporary. Other than that he is the peak of human evolution PLUS he is a JUDOKA so you WILL LIKE HIM!!! YOU GOT THAT!!!!

    Geek Master Mike,

You forgeting THOR who is also a Class 100 ton guy but he also has his powerbelt that doubles his strenght!!! And he's kicked Hercs ass several times.

(Yeah I'm a geek! Make something of it and I will pound senseless with my mighty Mjölner!)

    My stats are:
    Strength: 11
    Agility: 13
    Intelligence: 14
    Overinflated Ego: 18

NO, the new stats on Thor before he gained the Odin power was 85 tons (they've yet to explain this one), he put the belt on to achieve 100 ton range. Hulk 100+ tons, Wonderman 95 tons, Rogue 50 tons, Thing 85 tons, Sub Mariner 75 Tons....My ego unlimited...bwahahahahaahah (I'm too old to be this silly)

now wait a second, according to my research the world record for bench press is currently 750lbs
    http://www.geocities.com/bench700plus/
so if cap can lift 800, he IS superhuman, even if very low level. PLUS, what is his bodyweight? the current record holder is 275, so if cap is that or below his clearly superhuman!

    conceed my victory, fellow nerdlings!

Superman is the cheapest comic book character ever.

Didn't captain america defeat wolverine before wolverine had and adamantium skeleton and claws?

Actually this would be Clean & Press. Cap has supersoldier formula in his system (pre steroid..lol) So he is as strong as a human can be without being considered for the superstrength club....
    Beast 1 ton
    Powerman 5 tons
And yes Captain America Beat Logan before the skeleton thing back in WWII (remember Wolverine is over a 100 years old....see Origins)

And Batman took out Cap in the Huge Amalgaverse cross over...

    Damn I am a nerd.
