    Looking for volunteers

Due to an increase in event coverage, Mid-Atlantic Combat Sports is looking for a few volunteers to cover local combat sports events in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Upstate New York.

Writing and news experience is a plus but not required. I've worked with all kinds. The most important thing is that if you can get cageside to events near you and get us information on what's going on, we'll have a free seat for you. If you're a good photographer you can even make some money off the deal, as we market shots to the promotions and fighter agents.

If you're interested, just PM me and I'll walk you through what it entails. This is good work for MMA fans or for college age writers looking to expand their portfolio.

I put this in YMAS because yous mooks are actually the best group of people I know for combining combat sports and descriptive flare. God help us all.

Dammit, if this was closer to Michigan I'd be all over it.

That might be edited down, somewhat.

I haven't seen a gash that big since my missus took me to a Madonna concert?

He reminds me of my wife. All he does is lay there with his legs spread open and take abuse.

Standard YMASery aside, I'm still looking for folks to attend the Central Pennsylvania Warrior Challenge 8 and the Cage Fight 5 events both in PA. Some vacations taken have caused a few coverage gaps.

I'm about an hour away from Pittsburgh. Depending on the date and ticket costs, I'm open to travel to that area.

What direction from Pittsburgh? There's a show at the end of the month that may be closer than that if you're to the north.

Plus, none of our volunteers ever pay for tickets and I try my best to make sure they don't have to pay for parking.
