You should try Pull-ups.
They're good for a lot of muscles: back, biceps, which are useful in Judo, plus they will make you big and strong, and they don't require the use of your messed up legs. And you can add weights to make it harder.
If you wrap a towel/Gi on the bar, it will also help your Judo grip.
What I really recommend is getting one of the doorway pull-up bars and hang it in your door, then do a few whenever you pass the door.
Pull-ups are my personal favorite exercise (what? yeah, shut up!), I alternate with chin-ups and do a ****-load of both.
It really is sometimes the only exercise I do (like during exams when I barely leave the house and such).
Get the bar thank me later.
