    Hell yeah! Hell no!

Hey dude, where do you train?

I talked with the general manager, and it turns out the "V block" is something our Kru invented. It is like you are doing len muay or taad mala with both arms at once and putting your elbows together. Yesterday we went over this block along with bringing it lower if you see a body shot coming. Anyway, this block will work in boxing but not so much in MMA as the gloves are too small to protect your entire head.

Your coach didn't invent it. He may have coined the term "V Block" but I've seen people cover like that for a very long time.

Well just to be clear, my gym's owner/head coach didn't tell me he invented it. That was what the general manager told me. So there may have been some miscommunication about that.
