    Hell yeah! Hell no!
It's common to go from a 9 minute mile to a 6 minute mile. Or a 180 bench press to a 350 bench press. When start getting hit a lot less you know you are reacting alot fighter. If the heavy swings twice as much as when you started you know you now have more power. As far as techinque you'll see it when you spar, but unless you go onto the show fight science or some thing you won't know exactly how fast you beome.

Dude, stop looking for gimmicks. Whatever it is that you're looking for, you are not going to find it there. That goes for striking, grappling, strength training, and conditioning.

Here's what you should do instead:
    -Find a good instructor
-Show up every time, on time
    -Shut up and listen
-Do what they tell you as best you can

People from all over the world post on Bullshido. There are many different terms for all the various training aids/techniques available to them. A simple explanation of the technique or device is REQUIRED if you wish to post a thread in the PT forum. The world does not orbit around you. Typing a short explanation prevents other posters from asking you what the hell you're typing about.

You have annoyed me. So if you post another half ass thread in any of the training fora I will simply ban you from the site.
He only has 46 posts! he will learn....:tongue3:/ oh and what the guy above me said.

*edit:* never mind just read his posts and WTF lol.
