I was wondering what sports everyone over here did how many hours a week u do sports conditionning martial arts?What do u do?Do u switch from routine now and then?
I'm combining martial arts(kickboxing) with powertraining,gymnastics,running,swimming and breakdance now
i also try to learn wushu now because it seems a cool sport especially for a small guy like me.
In total i workout between 6-14 hours a week

Style: Judo, Jujitsu
I keep it simple - I wake up early and do intense running for about half an hour or so, then do half an hour on the heavy bag. In the afternoons I lift weights. Then in the evenings I go to MA class for about 2 hours. In general I spend approx. 4 hours a day working out. I stretch out pretty good before running and lifting.

I read Bullshido at least 10 hours a week.
I also try to complete some reps using the search function.

Not counting MA practice, it'd average out to about 3 minutes per week of regimented exercise. That doesn't count warming up, walking from one exercise to the other, or getting a drink, or putting weights away. That only counts the moment I begin rep 1 to the moment my muscles are no longer loaded on that given movement.

On an ideal day, I do 45-60 minutes of lifting, 15-20 minutes of HIIT cardio on an exercise bike, either 1 hour of Muay Thai training in class or 1 hour of training with a partner at my college (where we do intervals of 5 minutes of rope, 5 minutes on the bag for 40 minutes, then 20 minutes of partner drills), and then at least 200 push-ups before the day is over.

Monday to Friday - 1 hour sat in a traffic jam, 30 mins cardio, 15 minutes weights, 8 hours websurfing, 1 hour sat in a traffic jam, 8 hours sat on my arse watching tv
Thursdays - As above with 30 minute spin session and 1 1/2 hours tai chi
Saturdays - 1 1/2 hours escrima
Sundays - 10km hill walking

I'm on the slimfast and beer diet. Excercise is generally limited to trips between refrigerator and the bathroom.

Style: Muay Thai and boxing
530 or 6 am to 830 am- run, conditioning, and some tech with my roommate
930 or 10 am to noon- bag work, pad work, strecthing, and shadow boxing
noon to 1- class (usually spar)
1 to 2 or 3- bag work
sometime spar with my roommate from 4 pm to 5 pm before go to work
Spar again 11 pm to 12 or 1230 am if were still up.
I would pick bag work over masturbating, fighting over sex, and KOing someone over having a orgasm!

Day 2 Biceps/Back
Day 3 Shoulders
Day 4 Legs
Day 5 Rest
I run for 35 mins after my work outs. As far as other training goes I do it as much as possible.
