    Hell yeah! Hell no!

My gift to bullshido: Free boxing round timer(2 and 3 minute)

YouTube- 2 minute rounds, 1 minute rest

YouTube- 3 minute rounds, 1 minute rest

I made this for some home training and figured I'd pass it on. It's not exact, but good enough for government work. Video plays for 2-3 minutes of dead air, with boxing bell and 1 minute of rest.

I haven't found something like this on youtube yet, so I figured I'd be the first.

Thanks guys Like Tsukomi i was using my cell phone which ment that I was fucking around with it every round which disrupts the workout. Disrupted workout = a really big pile of gee.

Sweet really appreciate this lads you have removed the gee from my timed workouts.

    Thanks again!

no, not that low grade. it's a cheapy everlast one for 15 bucks.

Amazon.com: Everlast Personal Round Timer: Sports & Outdoors

it sometimes just resets or doesn't ring, which i'm treating like a bonus feature.

I have a Chef's Choice digital cooking timer that I picked up for around $2.00 at Walmart. It's good for timing rounds, but not intervals.
