    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    Training. Any diet sugestions?

    I've been out of both cardio and lower body training for around 6 months with an ankle injurys. I start full time training for general fitness and possibly boxing on monday. Any sugestions for a diet that could keep my body working with cardio each day + weight training every other day. Cheers
