Also I mentioned earlier about the fastmag system I use, here's a picture of that on one of my vests

The mags are held rock solid even when fully charged and they don't seem to budge. You can buy additional bands which fit on the cases lower down on the body to provide even more resistance but thus far I haven't found the need.

You can also double stack these units, in the config above, I could hold six mags, one on top of each other.
