    Ardon's Sweet Science

I just joined Ardon's and all I can say is that it already feels like home. Everyone is incredibly nice and helpful. There are 3 heavy bags, 2 speed bags, a small swinging bag to work on head movement and 1 double end bag. There's a full sized boxing ring AND a padded cage.

There's a different focus throughout the day (novice boxing, advance muay thai sparring, muay thai conditioning, box conditioning, muay thai pads and clinch sparring, etc...) but it's also a very relaxed atmosphere so you can come in and just work on something you wanted to do. As far as "instructors" go I'm not sure how many there are aside from the head trainer and the two guys who also work under him but some of the fighters have been going there for 2-6 years and can help you with anything you want.

The size of the gym is pretty decent but at times when your warming it gets a bit cramped. Aside from that when you're doing bag work, mitt work, drills, etc... Everyone sticks to their space and you can move freely.

The reason I gave the grappling instruction a 4 was that you learn how to work the plum clinch and you can also grapple in the cage with some of the guys there. A few people used to or currently train MMA/BJJ and it's fun rolling with them afterward.
