    I may be a tad biased, but I say boxing. I know for a fact anyone can do it because I've trained overweight 60 year old ladies with arthritis to box. The majority of the people at the gym I work at are "masters division" white collar folks (between 35-60 years old) all over the fitness spectrum. Of course what we do is all 1 on 1 private instruction rather than having boxing classes. If you can find a good boxing coach that will really work with you on a 1 on 1 basis then that's what I'd recommend over anything else.

    Anthony, Angola can be played with much less athleticism but there are still a ton of maneuvers that require strong arms and shoulders. The au is just as vital as the jenga. Embed Fail Capoeira Angola
