The majority of the people at the gym I work at are "masters division" white collar folks (between 35-60 years old) all over the fitness spectrum. Of course what we do is all 1 on 1 private instruction rather than having boxing classes. If you can find a good boxing coach that will really work with you on a 1 on 1 basis then that's what I'd recommend over anything else.
