    Hell yeah! Hell no!

    Prof Gaylord video

Prof. Gaylord and a few others, demonstrate, albeit in slow motion for the most part, his version of Kajukenbo self-defense drills, and a few kata. Please don't just comment on the lack of realistic attacks. Having done Kajukenbo in Utah and Hawaii I am quite aware of the ability of the practitioners to train in fast "live" ways. There has been the Kaju "Bull in the ring" and other sparring drills on videos here.

In sd drills I once or twice stopped my partner to ask him to explain what he'd done so quickly (that left me with a knee to the temple nailing my head to the floor and arm barred).
