$144 a month for BJJ and Muay Thai is cheap as ****. The fact that this guy wants to pay for caoperia is his deal, but seriously I called a boxing gym yesterday and they charge $230 a month.

    That **** is not kosher.

Man I didn't realise I was such a cheapskate, I have been umming and erring over a 100 per month subscription to a gym that offers:

    - BJJ (Leo Nagao)
    - K1 (Jon Durrant)
    - MMA (Pete Irving)

Plus unlimited use of weights etc.

I would sugest that $140 a month is about average for 1 martial art in Australia(boxing is cheaper)

Rofl? The gym I go is $40 a month. They have professionals, so it's legit, though I would be lying if I said you got a lot of personal attention. Still, that is a massive difference.

just BJJ in so cal is about 175/month with no contract....you add muay thai or chinese boxing or something to it and you got another $150 a month.

I've seen mma spots that have unlimited classes for $200+ a month with no contract but many of the other classes are during the day so if you work you still really only can do one style for the price and take private lessons or something.

    Thanks that would be good.
After the issue was raised I have had a look to see what schools charge on the internet but have had bugger all luck.
