Yeah, I can ditto your experience. I can walk better on my knee now, almost feels like its back to strength. Stairs or uneven terrain still sorta bother me a bit. Keeping up the walking, and stretches and little strength things they gave me in picture form.

Good to hear your doing well man, keep that going as the trend.

That is not conducive to passionate cunnilingus, my friend, let me assure you.

Those scars will go away after like...a day and a half.

Yea the scars on my knee itself are almost gone, after 4 months you can barely tell. The scar on my lower thigh however is here to stay because its still pretty bumpy and dark.

Four years ago, it took me four months to fully recover from a torn medial meniscus after arthroscopic surgery. I did the PT and was back on the mat after 6 or 8 weeks as I recall.

I've got a question for you knee injury guys, as I wrote in another thread I have recently become one of you (not sure of the extent because I was hoping it would have gone away by now, off to the docs for me tonight). I was doing the stronglifts program up until recently, as you'll be aware it centres on squats/ deadlifts/ lots of exercises that require bent knees. I'm not wanting to stop exercising because I was on a fucking roll until the knee thing, so I am wondering what weight exercises you can recommend? I don't really care about overall strength at the moment, obviously without the squats it is going nowhere, so I was thinking it might be an idea just to bulk up with muscle on my upper body. Anyway, opinions and suggested programs would be helpful, cheers...
