The two posts above mine implied that the response is too quick.

I was only referring to the fact that the OP first & second posts had a 6 months gap which might indicate that he really did train enough to form an opinion.

As per the topic itself when I looked into the site I saw two possible good things:

1- In the intro vid there was a very brief part where the Sifu spars sanda (or maybe it's just a demonstration, too brief to tell for sure).

2- In the videos section it shows the Sifu training Muay Thai (pad drills)

Who knows it might be good so...

    To the OP..

    Do you spar?
    What rules?
    How often?
    Heavy bag training?
    Pad drills?

Sifu Sharma trained Sanda, Muay Thai, JKD Kali and other such things when he was younger. He still very much enjys playing in many arts. Training with him greatly depends on the art you wish from him as he is a Master of four or five other systems besides Shaolin. Pads, yes, drills, contact sparring yes, rules never. Sifu Sharma is the Master trainer for the Special Forces. He trains combat arts as well as the more spiritually focused systems. Like I said it depends greatly on the students interest and aptitude.

    Blessings

I am curious about the rules never. I always wonder how students draw this conclusion when they train.
