It's actually on the balls of my feet. A thick layer of skin came off.
Probably from a drill I did.
Gonna check out your tips. Thanks guys.
EDIT: I got the time to check around the web. Apparently I have to disinfect this 'cuz it's pretty dangerous once infected and put some gauze bandage on it.
Man I wish I could change to topic title.Last edited by iopyud; 6/26/2010 4:00am at .

Just to futher add. Its probably a good idea to get yourself a pumpice stone,or maybe even some sandpaper. Use it on your feet/toes,take the calluses away, don't let them build up because if they rip off?? your in for a nasty wound and probably be out of training for a large portion of time while it heals. At least thats advice i've been given by a trainer who had a callus rip off and so i keep an eye on my feet and the thick skin areas.
edit: i re-read your last post and realised that a callus/thick layer of skin ripping off is exactly what happened.Condolences and keep on top of keeping it clean. -

Sorry for the double post. Can't seem to find the edit button.
So I got some stuff.
I used Hydrogen Peroxide
Petrolium Jelly
And then I put some gauze bandage on it.
I also managed to get some athletic tape. I freakin' hope I'll be able to practice on Monday.
